Profile:

A European Engineer (Eur.Ing.) and Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) with over 30 years maintenance experience including 18 years SAP experience in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS/SM). Also fluent in Sales & Distribution (SD) module. Accomplished ABAP programmer with experience in developing and enhancing the SAP standard PM and CS modules. Sound understanding (including basic configuration) of other modules that interface with PM/CS such as FI, CO, PS and MM.

 

Widely experienced in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), project management, supervision, team leading, training and skills transfer. Diverse PLM/EAM experience in the following industries sectors: Aeronautical, Oil & Gas, Forestry, Automotive, Optical, Public Transportation, Packaging, Medical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Public Sector and Charities.

 

I have been instructing PM and CS courses on behalf of SAP since 2001. To-date I have instructed for SAP UK, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway and Bulgaria. I have also instructed a number of customer-specific training courses on behalf of SAP. Furthermore I have consulted on behalf of SAP UK.
